Parents are being invited to have their vital child car seats checked out while out shopping this month.
The Moray Childcare Partnership are backing a campaign that has its roots in the daily breakfast television show ‘Good Morning Britain’.
‘Good Egg Safety’ are holding car seat checking events throughout the UK, where experts will check if child car seats are fitted correctly and answer any questions parents or guardians might have.
The campaign is being backed by a raft of private companies and road safety organisations including Road Safety Scotland, Arnold Clark and Which?
Parents can have their child car seats checked at Asda’s store on Edgar Road in Elgin on Monday, August 18 or at Tesco in Forres on Tuesday, August 19.
