THIEVES BROKE IN to three Speyside businesses in the early hours of Monday but managed to get away with only some small change, according to police.
The Regency Oils filling station on Fife Street in Dufftown was forced into by raiders using a crowbar between 2am and 3am on Monday morning.
Around the same time, thieves also broke in to the Dufftown Golf Club and the Rothes Golf Club.
While there was some damage to the buildings, police say that very little money was taken as there was “next to nothing” in their tills.
Police are asking anyone who may have information on who was responsible for the break-ins to call on them on 101 or via Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
