POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE opinions are being invited by Moray Council on the effectiveness of their website following its redesign in the summer.
One of the busiest web resources in the region, the team behind the website are now looking for views of if they have managed to deliver online information and services – and learn more on how visitors use the site.
A survey was launched this week aiming to gather information and views, with the findings set to help the council’s ‘Moray Connected’ development team make sure that everyone gets more from their council services online.
A spokesman said: “This will include things like paying for council house rent, applying for certain benefits, reporting faults and repairs, applying for business licenses and more.
“The survey is looking for positive and negative opinions about the current website, which was redesigned and launched in August 2015 and is currently undergoing a content review.
“Also, respondents will have the chance to tell the council what they want from any future website developments.”
More information about the Moray Connected project can be found online, while the survey itself is also available.
Paper copies of surveys will be available in community centres, leisure centres and libraries from January.
