45 Candidates to battle it out for 26 Council places

A TOTAL OF 45 candidates have put their names forward for election to Moray Council on May 4.

At the close of nominations today the full list was published by the Election Office at Moray Council – however, with most having declared their intentions in advance there were few surprises.
