A MORAY LIBRARY is seeking volunteers to help staff in promoting its services to new housing estates in the area.
The call has gone out to anyone aged 16 and over to help librarians in Forres to deliver books to housebound readers, or to assist with events and promotional activities.
Library volunteers become representatives of the Moray Libraries Service, working under clear guidelines to ensure their contribution is valuable, valued and in the interests of library users, Moray Libraries Service and volunteers.
Volunteers will be provided with clear guidelines and induction training, and given support and guidance in accordance with Libraries procedures.
