A MORAY COUNCIL bus service that links Speyside with Elgin two days a week will be up and running from Monday.

Service 366 will run on Monday’s and Wednesday’s each week leaving Aberlour at 9am, following a route through Marypark, Knockando, Lower Knockando Archiestown and Rothes, arriving in Elgin at 10.20am.

The service will allow Speyside residents three hours shopping in the town before catching a return journey at 1.20pm from the bus station, arriving back in Aberlour at 2.40pm.

Services are designed to allow connections to and from Carron and Dailuaine.

National entitlement cards and the Young Scot card can be used on the service for which timetables are being distributed around local communities on the route or can be seen on the Moray Council website.
