THEFT OF PLANT machinery from Deskford has prompted an appeal from Police Scotland for possible witnesses.
At some point between 3.30pm on Saturday, July 23 and 7.30am on Wednesday, July 27 items were taken valued at around £5000.
The theft from the secure site at Crannoch included a large power generator, industrial pressure washer and a tripod with winch and 3-metre scaffolding tower. The theft happened at the site of a new home currently under construction that was protected by a high fence.
Investigating officer is PC David Baird, who said: “We are urging anyone with information regarding this theft to come forward.
“I would also appeal to anyone who has been offered industrial plant equipment, and who thinks it may be related to this theft, to contact Police Scotland.”
