THE POSITIVES OF owning and operating a business in Moray is to be the main theme of a Business Summit marking the close of Moray Business Week in November.
The summit, organised by the Moray Chamber of Commerce, will include three guest speakers from a variety of local businesses who will ‘bang the drum’ for the region – and share the many reasons they have for doing so.
Mark Angus, the retail sales manager for Gordon & MacPhail, will join Hans Norling, a director at Masonry & Lime and Sam Dowdall, general manager of Christies of Fochabers, in addressing the summit at the Laichmoray in Elgin.
Guests will also hear from Gill Neill, the manager of the City of Elgin Business Improvement District, who will explore some of the strengths that smaller businesses have found through being innovative and smart in a tough business climate.
The Summit will take place on November 18 from 11:00 until 1pm and is free of charge with registration via the chamber’s website.
There is also an opportunity to showcase your business at one of the stalls for £40+VAT. If you wish to book a stall at this event, please contact lmackay@moraychamber.co.uk.
