AN OPERATION TO tackle anti-social driving in Keith has been launched following concerns being expressed by local residents of the Moray town.
Between Friday, November 10 and Saturday, November 11 officers were operating in and around the town.
As a result, four motorists were educated in relation to speed while drivers were also charged for offences including no insurance and careless driving.
Sergeant Krystle Ross said: “We’re aware of community concerns around driver behaviour in the Keith area and arranged for these days of action.
“During the operation we stopped and spoke to a number of motorists in relation to driver behaviour. Road safety is a priority for us and we will continue to target those who choose to drive irresponsibly. Anyone with concerns can report these to us on 101.”
