A spokeswoman for the Varis Players said: “Each year we make a donation to a local deserving cause and this year we will be donating to ‘The Wee Room’ at Applegrove Primary School in Forres.
“This facility supports children with special educational needs and aims to assist them to take an active part in the social and educational life of the school.”
The ‘Wee Room’ is a purpose-built suite that contains sensory items, soft play and a care suite with laundry that is used regularly by up to 20 children.
Varis Players will take to the stage from January 22 to January 24 at 7.30pm, with a matinee performance on Saturday, January 24 at 2pm.
