Easter celebrations get under way this morning when the Scottish Dolphin Centre in Spey Bay opens up for another summer season.
Families are set for a lot of fun egging each other on in the search for the Easter Bunny’s lost treasure with an Easter Egg Trail taking place from Today until Sunday.
Visitors will be able to explore the reserve while following a secret trail – with the aim of finding the missing eggs that make up a word. For those successful in cracking the code there is a special chocolate reward waiting at the other end.
Between searching for the eggs visitors can also learn more about the world’s largest bottlenose dolphin colony, discovering the best places to go dolphin watching along the Moray coastline – and regardless of what the weather throws up there is always something to keep everyone occupied and, above all, having fun.
The fun kicks off at 10.30am today – a small charge of £2 will be applied for those taking part in the Easter Egg Trail but admission to the centre is free. Hours are from 10.30 to 5pm seven days a week from now until October.
