
A 67-YEAR-OLD MOTORIST has been charged with culpable and reckless conduct on a residential road in Elgin.
Police Scotland say that the charge for the male pensioner relates to an incident on the afternoon of Wednesday, June 29 on the Linkwood Road close to the Distillery and involving a black Ford Mondeo Saloon car.
While enquiries into the circumstances of the alleged incident are ongoing, officers are appealing for information from anyone who was in the area at the time and believe they have information that could be of assistance.
PC Darren Ross said: “I would appeal for anyone who saw anything during the afternoon in question to come forward as investigations continue, in particular members of the public who stopped and assisted Police.
