HOUSE HUNTING IN MORAY has just gone hi-tech – thanks to a new system adopted by Elgin-based firm CCL Property.
The firm moved to their new home in the Moray town this week and are now based on Elgin High Street, making them much more visible to the public.
Never far from using innovative technology to aid their customers, CCL have introduced a system of browsing available properties or gathering information that can be used seven days a week, 24 hours a day by people just passing their new office.
CCL’s Coralie Pickering said: “Part of our move allowed us the opportunity to place a large ‘touch screen’ built into the shop window – and that allows people to quickly find available properties for sale or rent.
“The screen was only installed this week but already we are receiving very positive comments, it is a great way for people to gather information quickly and easily – but there is much more to the system.”
Coralie revealed that as a community-minded business they wished to utilise the new technology to help Moray causes to get their message out.
“We will launch a community section on the touch screen,” she said, adding: “We are offering a local charity free advertising or promotional space for a year, in a prime location on the screen and on a regular loop.
“This can be used to advertise events – we can very simply change the content regularly so that it is always up to date. The chosen charity will also receive support from CCL throughout the year.
“There will also be an opportunity for other businesses in Moray to advertise on the system and we will welcome approaches on that.”
Any charitable organisation that would like to discuss becoming the nominated charity and so gaining free space on the system should contact Coralie through the CCL Facebook Page.
