POLICE IN FORRES are seeking help from the public in identifying those responsible for a break-in at a local primary school.
Officers would like to hear from anyone with information following the crime at Andersons Primary School in the Moray town.
The incident happened at some time between 6.30pm on Tuesday, October 24 and 7am the following morning. Nothing was taken – however, the building was damaged.
Conducting the investigation is PC Sarah Robson who said: “Although nothing was taken a building which is well used in the community has been damaged which will be costly to repair.
“Anyone with information or who saw anything unusual or suspicious is asked to contact police on 101 quoting incident number 0491 of 25/10.”
