A tractorman who has worked for the same business for 32 years retires this weekend.

Bill Anderson came to Moray from Aberdeenshire to work for Inchstelly Farms Ltd in 1981, and is receiving recognition for his many years of service.

At a small function earlier this week Bill was presented with a Royal Highland and Agricultural Society of Scotland Certificate for Long Service and medal by local RHASS Director, Neil Mustard.

As a further token of thanks Bill was also presented with a crystal decanter and tumbler set, and engraved silver tray marking the event, by Gavin MacKessack-Leitch, Managing Director of Inchstelly Farms Ltd.

Mr MakKessack-Leitch said: “Bill has been an integral part of our business over the past 32 years.

“He has always been a hard and diligent worker, and will be keenly missed after such long and dedicated service.

“While this is the end of an era, we wish Bill all the best in his retirement, and hope that he enjoys any future endeavours.”
