From the Beatles to Abba and a whole lot more – that is the promise awaiting a Moray audience on Sunday when the Keith & District Silver Band perform.
The band are putting on a special performance at the Holy Trinity Scottish Episcopal Church in their local town for the fist time ever.
While the concert was planned as an outdoor event in the grounds of the church, recent wet weather and forecasts of more to come have led to organisers taking the show into the church itself.
Speaking on behalf of the church Emma Haley said: “During the interval there will be cream teas and tasty cakes for the younger members of the family all included in the ticket price, along with a raffle and home-baking stall.
“The initial plans for the concert had been to capitalize on the large open grass area that surrounds the church, however it was decided that the concert would be inside the church as an alternative.
“Far from being a disappointment the band are delighted to be playing inside the church, which boasts a superb wooden ceiling, loved by musicians for the acoustics it produces. It also means that any anxiety and weather watching are eliminated.
“In addition to the raffle, there will also be the Christ Church 2014 Quilt on show and tickets available to buy for the raffle of the quilt.”
Entry to Sunday’s concert – which begins at 2.30pm – is £4 for adults and £2 for children.
