Photographer Corinna Mann launching a photographic club in Moray

PHOTOGRAPHY IS ONE of the most popular hobbies for those living in Moray with its countless scenic and wildlife opportunities.

Now a professional photographer and artist is launching a new club aimed at bringing together local enthusiasts to swap notes, hints and tips – and is inviting people from throughout Moray to join in.

Elgin-based Corinna Mann is hosting the first meeting of her new club on Tuesday, March 1 with regular meetings being held at the Kinloss Community Centre.

Corinna said: “We have seen some fantastic photographs being produced by people in Moray but I’m often asked by people how they can take their hobby that bit further – so starting the new club seemed a good way of going about that.

“There will be a small charge of £2 for each session at the new club but that is to cover the costs of hiring the hall. The intention is that we meet in the Annexe in Kinloss Church/Community Centre from 7pm to 9pm on Tuesday, March 1 and take things from there depending on how many people come along and what their needs are.”

Corinna added that it may be possible to hold an initial meeting this Tuesday (February 2) if enough interest is shown via her Facebook Page.
