LIBRARIES IN MORAY remain at the forefront of innovation as they seek to attract more people to use their services.
In another new initiative free unlimited access to more than 16,000 digital graphic novels and comics are being made available to library members.
The ‘ComicsPlus’ initiative provides access to popular and classic titles for personal computers, tablets or smartphones and is being made available 24/7. While aimed primarily at young people those of any age can enjoy the online content – with an unlimited number of titles available.
A Moray libraries service spokesman said: “It’s easy to create your own account. You will need you library card number to set it up, then you will be able to choose from a wide selection of comics and graphic novels, ranging from Star Trek to My Little Pony.”
Once an account has been created it is possible to download an app for iOS mobile devices. An Android version is planned to be released soon.
Instructions for setting up an account can be found on the Moray libraries website.
