THE ORGANISATION PROMOTING outdoor access opportunities throughout Moray are renewing their appeal for new members to act as advisors.
An appeal in December through insideMoray brought a number of people offering their services to the Moray Local Outdoor Access Forum.
However, the Moray Council sponsored initiative is still on the lookout for specialist positions on the Forum – and would like to hear in particular from land owners or agents from the Keith and Buckie areas.
Convener for the Forum is Michelle Gillibrand who said: “We have had a great response to our appeal for new Forum members – in fact it has been the best we’ve had in a number of years.
“People have recognised that the Forum does provide a unique platform that balances the needs and interests of local communities and groups with that of landowners and other individuals who wish to access the outdoors.
“We are still interested in hearing, however, from people who are landowners or agents or from community groups and access users in the Keith and Buckie areas.
“The closing date for applications is just a few weeks away, February 24, so anyone who wishes more information on the work of the Forum should contact me on 07786 320822 or by Email to firstname.lastname@example.org.”
