A man accused of robbing two pensioners in separate incidents in Buckie has appeared at Elgin Sheriff Court to face charges.
Nicolas Gallon, 41, was arrested at the weekend in connection with the robbery of a 79-year-old Buckie pensioner on December 6.
He was also accused of robbing a 77-year-old woman in another alleged robbery in the town five days earlier.
Gallon was further charged with breaking into a house in the Strathlene in November. He face two charges of robbery and assault and the separate robbery charge when he appeared in private at Elgin Sheriff Court on Monday.
He was remanded in custody and is due to appear in court again for full committal on December 22.
